I offer the following personal coaching services:

1. Introductory Coaching Offer spanning a 3 month period at $600.00 per month for a total of $1,800.00 to be prepaid upon coaching agreement. (We have a 100% money back guarantee.)

This is an opportunity for you to experience firsthand Dr. Rick’s coaching style and the results you achieve even in this very short period of time.

2. 12 month Coaching Service at a cost of $2,500.00 for the TBOS and $500.00 per month for a total of $8,000.00. The Coaching service includes:

a. The Transformational Break Out Session (TBOS) lasting up to 6 consecutive hours and must be completed with the client and Dr. Rick together.

b. A One hour phone or internet protocol session monthly for 11 months after the TBOS for a total of 12 months.

c. Unlimited texting and/or email, as needed.

3. Open-Ended, Unlimited Coaching Service contains everything in #2 above with the exception that the client has unlimited personal access to Dr. Rick.

Cost includes the TBOS at $2,000.00 and unlimited coaching at $400.00 monthly to be prepaid annually, in the amount of $6,400.00 beginning at time of agreement and annually thereafter.

NOTES for Open-Ended Unlimited Coaching

1. The TBOS will be conducted the first of every year.

2. The TBOS requires that we both be in the same room for the session.

a. Breaks are taken and a short, light lunch time is provided.

b. Client is expected to travel to Dr. Rick’s location for this service at his/her expense.

c. If client desires that I travel to his/her location the client then agrees to pay travel expenses and daily charge of $1,000.00 (from day of departure to day of return).
